Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is generally a 30 minute treatment that involves treating the shoulders, neck, face and scalp.  The therapist uses warm oil and slow rhythmic movements to promote ultimate relaxation.


Hot Stone Massage Therapy

​This is the ‘ultra’ massage using smooth heated stones as extensions of a therapist’s hands. Heat elicits a therapeutic response in soft tissue and provides a deeper level of relaxation for ultimate stress relief.

My name is Daniel Bacon, and I have dedicated my career to trying to help patients find relief and return to the activities they love. Osteopathy once helped get me off the sideline when I had all but given up. From that moment I knew I wanted to approach the body as a mechanic, rather than a chemist. Adam is a Registered Massage Therapist and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2021, after graduating from Ontario College of Health and Technology.
